Bruce Goldman is the senior principal of Maurice Blackburn Commercial.
Bruce has 35 years experience as a legal practitioner and is widely respected for his skill as a commercial litigator and negotiator. His clients include large multinational corporations in the investment, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, resources and manufacturing sectors. He has acted in many large and complex disputes, leading teams of lawyers in Supreme, Federal and international court proceedings. Bruce was also appointed by the Victorian Government to lead the team of lawyers assisting the Metropolitan Ambulance Service Royal Commission.
Bruce has extensive experience in advising corporate clients on corporate governance, and compliance issues. His knowledge of corporate law, financial services, administrative and insolvency law enables him to provide complete and concise advice to his clients.
Prior to establishing Goldman Partners (now Maurice Blackburn Commercial) in August 2003, Bruce was a long-standing partner in the commercial dispute resolution practice at one of Australia's largest law firms.
Bruce was admitted to practice in 1972 and has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wellington. He is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and is a qualified mediator and arbitrator.
