Jane
Vincent is an Associate with Maurice Blackburn Commercial.
Jane specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, and has a variety of experience in the conduct of commercial proceedings. These include large-scale commercial litigation, insolvency litigation, franchising and licensing disputes and general contractual disputes.
Jane was admitted to practice in 2005. She graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in business finance and financial accounting). Jane is an Executive of the International Women’s Insolvency and Reconstruction Confederation (IWIRC) and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
