Talya Heilbrunn is an Associate at Maurice Blackburn Commercial.
Talya practises primarily in commercial litigation and is presently involved in the conduct of a number of disputes in the Supreme Court of Victoria, including a large litigation involving participants in the pharmaceutical industry. Talya has also been involved in a commercial advisory and contractual matters.
Talya was admitted to practice in 2003. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts, Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and has completed a course in conflict management, negotiation and mediation. She also volunteers at local community organisations and has completed an internship at the Ministry of Justice in Jerusalem. Talya is a member of Victorian Women Lawyers.
